Reade Signs

Flying Fairview Homes

Housing developers are having a tough time in the current economic climate with many household names having to make redundancies. Fairview New Homes on the other hand offer a welcome chink of light In the gloom with its bold ‘Flying Start’ deals (see http://www.fairview.co.uk/ for full details).

Reade Signs have been tasked with rolling out the deals messages over fifteen developments, a process needing speedy manufacture and installation to keep up with Fairview’s national advertising campaign.

The signage ranges from new hoarding build and cladding, huge banners, marketing suite fit outs and large swathes of Contravison window graphics. Our fitting teams have installed on site from Ipswich to Worcester and everywhere in between!

The promotion has been a huge success for Fairview with weekly sales out striping some of its rival’s monthly efforts. Tracey Newbery, Fairview’s Marketing Manager thanked Reade for its unrivalled service and said ‘it proves that to sell in a difficult market you need a great product, great deals and great marketing’

Aviator Hotel

Reade Signs Mesh Banners

Reade Signs were called in by the directors of TAG Aviation with a signage requirement for the stunning new Aviator Hotel at Farnborough Airport. With a deadline of just over two weeks we set about reworking the architect’s drawings to allow for an economically priced set of signs to include illumination that would compliment the hotels’ ultra modern design. The signs were manufactured in painted aluminium and stainless steel and were installed on time and ready for the Hotels grand opening on the eve of the Farnborough Air show.

Linden Homes-Vivo

Reade Signs Staff Loyalty

Linden Homes Chiltern recently launched Vivo, a development of apartments in the much sought-after area of St Albans.

To announce the release of these new homes, the exclusive Sopwell House Hotel was used to display the plans and marketing collateral.

Reade Signs put together the exhibition which was designed by Ferrier Pearce, using pop up displays incorporating an LCD screen running virtual tours of the forthcoming development. The Reade team were on hand, behind the scenes to ensure the event ran smoothly.

Introducing VX

Reade to the Rescue

Virtual Xperience is VX. Reade Signs can now bring it’s customers an outstanding touch screen display system, powered by Synchronik, which has unique scaleable levels. There are plenty of complex touch screen displays currently on the market and our VX Gold system is as good as they get, however, you often don’t need a complex and expensive system. With VX you can take account of your budget – pretty important in today’s climate! We have three levels, Gold, Silver and Bronze. Our Bronze system, for example, includes a Hi definition LCD display with a card reader coded with floor plans, CGI images and a virtual development brochure. The content runs on a loop but the remote control allows you to stop, start, rewind and pause. This budget system is great value and a dream come true for the sales negotiator.

For details on our Silver and Gold systems please contact us for more information.

Mytchett FC tournament

Back to School

May bank holiday saw the return of the annual Mytchett Athletic football tournament. Reade Signs sponsored the event by providing the signage. There was a large welcome sign and a map at the entrance which helped visitors to understand the layout of the pitches and stands. Reade had also made directional signs to clearly direct all visitors and players to the right pitches and to make use of the BBQ and tea tent which were raising funds for the club. With the help of the signs the day ran smoothly, without a glitch, and the club made a great profit!
